The event will be on May 7th, from 10:00 am – 2:00 PM at the Bay Area Hospital (Main Entrance Parking Lot).
Waterfall will be proving Fit Kits for colorectal cancer screening to eligible patients. Screening and early detection saves lives. If you’re over 45 or have a family history, it is time to get screened! Patient registration and insurance assistance will be available.
