Starting in September, homeschool families are invited to connect, create, and explore at the North Bend Public Library’s new monthly STEAM Homeschool Meet-Up.
Designed for children ages 7–12 and their families, this free program combines hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities with opportunities for homeschool students and caregivers to build friendships and connect with other homeschooling families in the community.
Each month, participants will explore a different STEAM challenge or project designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration in a fun and welcoming environment.
The Homeschool Meet-Up will take place from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month from September through December. The October meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14, rather than the first Wednesday of the month.
