Event open to everyone, please consider wearing red in honor of those that we have lost.
This event is being held in honor of May 5th which is National Missing and Murdered Indigenous People’s Day. This is to raise awareness of the epidemic of violence affecting our Native communities. Native people experience violence at a significantly higher rate, leading to many of our relatives going missing and being murdered.
Help us bring awareness to this epidemic by joining CTCLUSI Social Services at the Coos Bay Boardwalk on Saturday, May 9th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
