Teens and adults are invited to an evening of music, comedy, and costumes during the program “Little Shop of Rocky Horrors: An Interactive Movie Night” at North Bend Public Library on Thursday, July 30 at 6:00 PM.
As part of the library’s Summer Reading Program theme, Plant a Seed, Read!, this interactive movie event puts a playful twist on gardening with a screening of an interactive movie inspired by the audience participation style of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Attendees are encouraged to sing along, dance, dress in costume, and fully embrace the over-the-top spirit of the film.
Starring Rick Moranis, Steve Martin, and Ellen Greene, the movie follows a timid florist who discovers a mysterious talking plant with an alarming appetite. Combining catchy songs, dark comedy, and memorable performances, the cult classic remains a favorite among musical and movie fans alike.
