Please have your brush pile out before the first day of pickup. Each street will receive one single pass, and brush placed out after the deadline will not be picked up.
Brush pickup rules:
• Limit: 2 level standard pickup truck loads
• One pile per residential address
• No commercial properties, group piles, or empty lots
• Brush must be in one pile, with pieces 5 feet or shorter
• Place pile next to the curb, away from overhead obstacles, fire hydrants, and other obstructions
• If your pile exceeds the limit, the entire pile will be left
Accepted: brush and ivy.
Not accepted: grass clippings, sod, dirt, loose leaves, plastic bags, baling twine, or anything not suitable for grinding.
Residents with oversized piles may contact the sanitation office after crews finish their area to ask about paid hauling: trip fee plus $19 per cubic yard, or residents may self-haul.
